Welcome, I am so glad you are here! Counseling is an opportunity to uncover parts of yourself that have been hidden away, the ones protecting you, and those speaking loudly. I believe that we are all the experts of our own experience and I will offer you compassionate support as you explore a process that is distinctly your own. Maybe you’re a couple struggling to connect with your partner or to find your way out of a cycle of conflict. Maybe you are an individual looking to process past trauma, reconnect with your body, or manage your anxiety. Maybe you are a parent looking to find a space for your child to process their emotions. Regardless of what brought you here, I will meet you with empathy and compassion and walk beside you in your journey toward healing. I offer a space that welcomes clients of all identities and a belief that healing happens in relationship. I incorporate Attachment perspectives and body-integration work.
