ABOUT ME
NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS (Sliding Scale)
Clair Alaman, MA Candidate, Clinical Intern
Who am I, where do I come from, and who do I want to become? These are the universal questions of the human experience. Sometimes, pursuing these questions is thrilling and motivating; sometimes, it is overwhelming and complicated. Clair’s passion lies in walking alongside people in their pursuit of the answers to life’s big questions. Whatever brings you to therapy, Clair will provide a safe place where vulnerability can flourish and your inner world can be explored without judgment. She strives to offer a genuine, empathetic, and curious presence so that you feel supported on your journey of self-discovery. Clair prioritizes using the treatment modalities that best fit each client's needs because she believes growth begins when people acknowledge their unique realities. She also highly values an integrative approach to therapy because transformation happens when we thoughtfully engage every aspect of ourselves in the healing journey. Our minds, souls, bodies, relationships, work, and even our play all have the potential to offer insight and inspire change. Clair has called the Gallatin Valley home since 2018, when she and her husband moved from her home state of Colorado. She earned her undergraduate degree in secondary education from University of Colorado-Boulder and has a decade of experience mentoring young adults through their higher education and post-graduate transitions. |
Clair works with children ages 5 and up, teens, adults, couples and families
