In the phone consultation, we will learn more about you and what you are looking for, answer any questions you may have, and if we are the best fit for you, we will schedule the first session together.
We ask for a credit card on file in order to book the first appointment, please have that ready as well.

We will only recommend a match with one of our therapists if we truly believe they fit your needs and preferences and can help. If we are not a good fit for you, we will recommend other therapists or counseling resources that are a better match for you.
