Life can feel overwhelming and repetitive at times, leaving us stuck in patterns we can’t seem to break. Through a safe and supportive environment. I help individuals, couples, athletes, children and adolescents explore these challenges, develop self-awareness, and move toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilled life. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 13 years playing volleyball professionally, competing as a two-sport All American for the University of Hawaii and professionally across five countries. This experience has deepened my understanding of the pressures and demands faced by athletes and other high performing individuals. Combining my athletic background with my therapeutic expertise, I am passionate about helping clients overcome challenges to unlock their full potential. Nikki has current openings for individual adults, couples, high school and collegiate athletes, high-performing professionals, adolescents and children 5 years and older. |
Nikki works with clients 5 yrs and up, as well as couples & families.
