Beginning therapy can be a vulnerable step, and it's a privilege to be part of that journey. As a graduate counseling intern at Yellowstone Wellness, I'm honored to walk alongside individuals as they navigate life's challenges and rediscover their own resilience. My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person's unique story.
Born and raised in Bozeman, I care deeply about serving this community. I believe in the power of connection and that healing happens when people feel truly seen and heard. My clinical interests include family dynamics, self-esteem, parenting stress, religious trauma, and identity development. I also have a strong interest in working with individuals navigating eating disorders. In addition to my clinical work, I support the administrative side of the practice to help ensure that clients have a seamless and supportive experience from the very first contact. I know how hard it can be to take that first step, and it's my goal to make the process feel as welcoming and easy as possible. Outside of the counseling room, I have a deep appreciation for laughter, music, and finding moments of peace in the chaos of daily life. I look forward to growing in this work and connecting with those who are ready to begin or continue their journey toward healing. |
