How much does therapy cost?

Do you accept insurance?
Yellowstone Wellness is a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly, and I am not currently paneled with any insurance providers.
This is an intentional choice. Insurance-based care requires diagnoses, limits session frequency and length, and places treatment decisions inside a framework designed for medical necessity rather than genuine growth. Working outside that model means we can move at the pace the work actually requires, without those constraints shaping what's possible between us.
If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit directly to your insurance company. I'd recommend contacting your provider in advance to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, all major credit cards, and health savings accounts (HSA).
Where are you located?
We are located in the Bozeman Hotel at the corner of Rouse and Main Street in Downtown Bozeman in Suite 209 on the second floor. There is an elevator or stairs to access the office. Parking is street parking or in the lot behind the building on Rouse, or in the parking garage two blocks west on Mendenhall.

Do you offer online therapy?
Telehealth is available, depending on the clinician and the state you are located in.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancelation and reschedule policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so before the 24-hour window. Otherwise, we charge a fee of $250 for cancelations and no-shows that have not been discussed with your provider.
