Therapy for Capable Adults Who Feel Stuck, Overwhelmed, or at a Crossroads
Dr. Rebecka Pearson is a licensed clinical professional counselor with nearly 20 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life transitions.
Many of the individuals she works with are capable, high-functioning people who appear successful on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly dissatisfied on the inside. They may be facing a difficult decision, repeating frustrating relational patterns, or struggling with persistent anxiety despite “doing everything right.” Rebecka’s work focuses on helping clients move beyond surface coping and into deeper clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
Her approach is relational, direct, and integrative. Drawing from EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, attachment theory, and depth psychology, she works to understand not just symptoms, but the underlying patterns driving them. Treatment is individualized, thoughtful, and grounded in nearly two decades of clinical experience.
Before founding Yellowstone Wellness, Dr. Pearson developed and implemented a Comprehensive School and Community Treatment (CSCT) program in Bozeman and worked extensively in eating disorder and trauma treatment at The Renfrew Center in Philadelphia and the Eating Recovery Center in Denver, where she served as Director of the Trauma Track.
She holds a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, and advanced training in EMDR (Level II), CBT, DBT, narrative trauma therapy, and equine-assisted psychotherapy.
Dr. Pearson works with adults and offers private-pay therapy in Montana. She currently has a limited number of openings for new clients.
