From a depth perspective, we take seriously the power of the unconscious, dreams, and synchronicity's in a holistic, integrative approach which looks deeper than the surface level of the symptoms.
Our practice is geared toward adults and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, traumatic histories, PTSD, divorce, life changes, eating disorders and other existential crises. Our clinicians utilize various modalities in treatment often pulling from many approaches in order to best suit each individual's needs in the moment.

We can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and ensure that you are a good fit with one of our therapists. At that point, will schedule an initial appointment to gather a deeper understanding of your presenting concerns and goals for therapy. We always maintain a list of quality referrals in the event we are unable to accommodate your needs.
Therapy sessions are generally once a week for 50 minutes. Depending on your circumstances, you may benefit from coming to therapy more often than once a week.
